材料: (A) 酥脆粉:麵粉、鹽、米粉、玉蜀薯粉、黑胡椒、發粉和香料。 (B) 即煮料:麦片粉、黑胡椒粉、糖、鹽和香料。 自備材料: 雞肉500g,咖哩葉少許,牛油半湯匙。 做法: 1. 雞肉切成小塊,洗淨瀝干水份後加入(A) 酥脆粉拌均勻。 2. 倒入半鍋油燒熱 (約3至4分鐘) ,油夠熱後放入雞肉,炸至金黄色後撈起瀝干油份。 (记得雞肉一定要炸得够脆和够干)。 3. 把鍋洗淨後,小火熱鍋,放入半湯匙牛油煮溶,再加入咖哩葉炒香﹐。倒入雞肉塊炒均,最後熄火倒入(B)即煮料翻至均勻即可。 *也可加小辣椒。 ** 适合鸡肉丁,苏东,鱼片
