李錦記辣豆瓣酱为四川之特式辣椒酱,由醃製辣椒和意蠺豆配製而成,是蘸點位子,拉麵及泡製四川地道菜式如“麻婆豆腐”,“川式茄子”的必備酱料。 成份:鹽醃辣椒(辣椒、鹽)、水、麵豉(水、鹽、大豆、小麥粉)、豆瓣酱(蠺豆、水、鹽、小麥粉)、糖、含改性粟米澱粉、酸度調節劑(乳酸)為許可食品改良剤、辣椒粉、脱水大蒜、大豆油、5-肌苷酸二鈉及5-鳥苷酸二鈉為許可增味剤。含大豆、小麥。 使用前請撹匀。開蓋後請冷藏。

Ingredients: Salted Chilli Peppers (Chilli Peppers, Salt), Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Fermented Broad Bean Paste (Broad Beans, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Contains Modified Com Starch and Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid) as Permitted Food Conditioners, Chilli Pepper Powder, Dehydrated Garlic, Soybean Oil, Disodium 5'-Inosinate and Disodium 5-Guanylate as Permitted Flavour Enhancers. Contains Soybeans, Wheat. Stir Well Before Use. Refrigerate After Opening.
